Contract went south, contact cut off while renegotiate time frames

I was asked to lead one of the critical work streams; financial assistance, a major revenue generator for a a major regional health network

We were one of the first post-covid to visit onsite. I led a week long in person workshop that conducted step-by-step discovery of how the client envisioned their current state workflow. In the evenings, I would mock-up in our custom scripting language and the next day demo a high level wireframe and review any technical limitations I encountered

Regained the trust of a massive client, overdelivered a satisfying solution to a critical workflow.

Went home, taught myself the scripting language, providing feedback to our internal developers on how the product could be enhanced to better serve our customers
